Welcome to our FAQ section! Here, you’ll find answers to the most common questions about tickets, venue, event rules, transport, and more.

TICKET INFO

Where do I get tickets?
We reccommend only purchasing your ticket through us og our ticketing partner Billetto. 

– Get your tickets via the menu button on top..

BE AWARE OF SCAMMERS!
We can not help you if someone sells you fake or already used tickets.


Do I need to print my ticket?
You can choose to print them or have a digital copy on your phone. If your screen is cracked, we can not scan your phone, so make sure to have it on another one or print it.

– Please  have everything ready upon arrival.

Can I refund & resell my ticket?
We don’t offer any refund for purchased tickets.
Reselling is allowed. but please be aware if purchasing resell tickets -we can not guarrantee the validity of theese.

Friday:

16:00 – 02:00
– Doors open 1 hour before the show starts.

GENEREL INFO

What can I bring?

You may bring small personal items such as your phone, wallet, sealed medication (Please bring a doctors note for heavier medicine), and a small bag (subject to security check).

You cannot bring:

  • Food or drinks
  • Chairs, stools, or large furniture
  • Professional camera or video equipment
  • Weapons or sharp objects
  • Illegal substances or drugs
  • Glass bottles or containers
  • Spray bottles (e.g., deodorant, paint)
  • Large umbrellas, flagpoles, or similar items
  • Unsealed medication or liquids

All bags will be checked at security before entry.

Is payment cashless?

We only accept card payments in the Arena. In the food court, both cash and card payments are possible.

Can I store my bag & coat?
There is a wardrobe in the food court, where you can store your belongings.

Price for storage: 25,-DKK

Lost & found:
Lost & found will be handled at the ticket/entrance counter. After the event everything will be handed over to local authorities.

Accessibility: Facilities and access are available for people with mobility issues, wheelchair users, and others.

TRANSPORT INFO

How do I get to the festival?
By car:
Jyske Bank Arena offers more than 1500 free parking slots.
Public Transport:
Ørbækvej bus stop is within a short walking distance; Light Rail/Letbane stop is relatively close.

Is there a shuttle bus?
Yes, the shuttle bus will depart and arrive at Odense main station.

We offer first aid close to the food court, don’t hesitate to ask some of the crew/staff if you feel unwell.

ACCOMMODATION

Is there a Hotel nearby?
Yes, Hotel Odense is located at the same address as the Festival.
