We offer Friday Tickets, Saturday Tickets, and Weekend Tickets.

Premium includes an elevated VIP platform with a great view of the arena and stage, snacks, access to the Premium Bar with a selection of full bottles of spirits, beer, mixed drinks, RTDs and sparkling wine, plus standing tables and additional space. Please note: Bottles must remain within the Premium area.

No. Tickets are non-refundable.

Yes. Please use the official resale option available through our ticket shop.

No. For safety reasons, Elusion Festival has a no re-entry policy. Once you leave the festival, you will not be able to re-enter.

We can not help you if someone sells you fake or already used tickets. Use our resell option through the ticket shop.

You will have a digital QR code on your phone. If your screen is cracked, we can not scan your phone, so make sure to have it on another one. Please have everything ready upon arrival.

Friday: 18:00 – 04:00. Saturday: 16:00 – 02:00. Doors open 1 hour before the show starts. The full timetable will be announced closer to the festival.

The entrance closes at 22:00 on both days.

Elusion Festival is 18+.

You may bring small personal items such as your phone and wallet, a small bag subject to a security check, and sealed medication. If you need to bring prescription or stronger medication, please bring appropriate documentation, such as a doctor's note.

The following items are not permitted inside the festival: outside food or drinks, chairs, stools or large furniture, professional camera or video equipment, weapons or sharp objects, illegal substances or drugs, glass bottles or containers, spray bottles including deodorant and paint, large umbrellas, flagpoles or similar items, and unsealed medication or liquids. All bags are subject to a security check before entry.

Yes. Elusion Festival is a cashless event. Cash payments are not accepted.

Yes. A cloakroom is available in the Food Court, where you can safely store your coat and other belongings. Cloakroom price: 40 DKK.

During the festival, Lost & Found is handled at the ticket/entrance counter. After the festival, all remaining lost property will be handed over to the relevant local authorities.

Yes. The venue provides facilities and access for wheelchair users, guests with reduced mobility, and others who may require accessible facilities. A companion has free access, upon proof of this.

By car: SJF Bank Arena offers more than 1,500 free parking spaces. By public transport: The Orbækvej bus stop is within a short walking distance of the arena. A light rail (Letbane) stop is also located nearby.

Yes. Shuttle buses will operate between the area near Odense Central Station and the festival. The full shuttle schedule and departure information will be announced closer to the event. Shuttle tickets can be purchased through our official ticket shop.

Yes. A First Aid station will be located close to the Food Court. If you feel unwell or need assistance at any point during the festival, please don't hesitate to approach a member of our crew or security staff.

Yes. Hotel Odense is located at the same address as the festival venue, making it one of the most convenient accommodation options. Festival guests can receive a discount when booking through the Hotel Odense link available in our ticket shop. Please note: Festival tickets are NOT included in the hotel booking and must be purchased separately.

Yes. A variety of food and drinks will be available throughout the festival.

Yes. Vegetarian and vegan food options will be available.
